  1. I have gotten the OK to get a new monitor for my Mac Pro. I currently am running a SamSung SyncMaster 213T The Specs are as follows.

    21.3" 1600x1200
    250 nits brightness
    500:1 Contrast ratio
    Dot Pitch .27

The Apple Monitor is the 23" model
    1920x1200
    400 nits brightness
    700:1 Contrast Ratio
    Dot Pitch .258

    Lacie 324 24"
    1920X1200
    400 nits brightness
    1000:1 Contrast Ratio
    Dot Pitch .27

I'm also open to other options in a similar price range.

    Thanks for the help.

    Chris

I use 2 Apple 30" monitors and highly recommend them, providing you have the real estate on your desk. The Apple 23" has been reviewed favorably, as well.

  3. Thanks I have been leaning towards the Apple, but wanted some convincing.
