Apple Repair = Great service

  1. My Mac Book Pro had a sticking power button.

    I sent it Tuesday, here it is Thursday and the MCP is back home already.

  2. very cool! Curious how they did that unless you took it in. Shipping alone would have eaten more time even at overnight both ways.
     
  3. I'm amazed Dave,

    Friday - I called about the problem
    Monday - I received an empty box for shipping with prepaid labels.
    Tuesday - DHL picked up the box
    Thursday - MBP was returned to me before noon.

    All under warranty, paid for by Apple
