It's always good to try something new. The crops seem a little tight on several of them but each one is interesting in its own way.

My prefered are #1 and #2 ! Excellent composition !

#2 looks certainly more "artsy" in B&W than it would be in color ! ...and very sharp !

Excellent! I think there is certainly room in a "bird portfolio" for images that make a statement beyond equipment and technique.
