Anyone use them and can you give me any tips on how? I have a pro friend who swears by them and have seen some of their stuff. The prices seem great as well. I am wondering do I send them in SRGB? Any other tips would help as I have never had prints made in this manner.
Please, this post is regarding Aspen Creek and prefer to have input on them only and not get sidetracked on the other fifty vendors out there.

I use Aspen Creek and like the prints.

I haven't tried other print services so can't comment on them.

I do all the prep work and upload a srgb jpg file at 300dpi using their

I'll add a border around the image, so for an 8x12 image, I'll add
a border to make it 11x14.

I can't remember exactly long it takes for delivery, but it's like a
week or so for delivery.

Usually, I'll get a pearl glossy finish.

The delivered print will be covered with a piece of tissue paper and
inserted in a plastic envelope then sandwiched between two pieces
of cardboard that are taped together then into a FedEx box padded
with more paper.

Overall, I'm happy with their service. They are associated with
West Coast Imaging which is pretty well known.
