Thanks Karen. When I shot this I also did a 3 shot pano with a stack of the peaks in the background. I got tied up with another project today and haven't had a chance to stich it all together yet.

Very nice photos Bill, been looking towards some of your Fall Color Photos, as always they are beautiful.
Thanks Vern. I grew up in New England so it's kind of in my blood.
Stunning work Bill, so wish I could visit those areas around this time of year.
Thanks Louie. It's such a short period but beautiful.
Super job capturing the complementary colors. I like the original framing as well as Karen’s take. A truly beautiful scene.
Thanks so much.

Had an anonymous bird say to feature your second image. I also love that color pop.

Thanks, sadly in a few days it'll all be on the ground ready for rake season.
Well, that's just ridiculously beautiful! Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing those.
Thanks so much for the kind words.
This is one of those " wish I was there to see it in person" photos. Thankfully you've got me more than half way there with these great photos.
Thanks Bob. I'm sure the colors are almost there where you are.

Love the vibrant leaves against the rugged gray's of the mountains!
Uintas above SLC are showing much more color than a week ago—darn, 'coz we leave for home tomorrow. Hoping there will be a bit of fall color on the drive from Boise to Moscow, perhaps Tamaracks near McCall.

That stretch north from Boise is amazing. Take pics, love to see it.
