i like it too and agree that losing the brick/white space on the right would help it

I think the newly cropped images look much better. The former corner in the upper right was drawing my eye there away from the subject. I also like the B&W much better too and think it is a wonderful image.

Moving shot- good work.
I wish you had waited 10 seconds so the people in the background would have moved out of the frame. I do not know if that was possible. Then you could have cropped it a little looser- gives more room and atmosphere to the shot. As it is, the background people kill the mood so the tight crop somewhat saves the day.

Fair observaton but no. Had I waited there would have been other people moving around behind the woman or she might have even left. The moment only lasted a few seconds. I do agree though I wish the background was clear.
