Really a nice image, Gary. As other have mentioned the lower right seems a bit overwhelming. IMO Karen's crop is an improvement. I might even trimming it a bit more.

Some of the northern Fl beaches have a red sand, mix of cortina and sand. This is as close as I can remember to being the correct color in print. I did nothing to colors- but we all know they can move all over the place.
I, of course, have lots of these with many different shapes of the receding waves- I liked the motion and flow of this one- as well as the balance the wave provided.
These were fun to shoot.

Fantastic image, Gary. I find it challenging to get interesting water movement images, but also fun to try. Your photograph is an example to all of what can be achieved with a good eye and a patient effort.

This print is at the framers. I printed it 20x30" on metal- and will be in a floating frame.
I hope it looks as good as it could.
This was a fun morning shooting, shot a lot- but the water movement in this one worked.
