We used to have a totally black cat,who came home every day with a mouse or a bird,since she was a cruel cat we called her "IDI"after the dictator Idi Amin,we had a lot of explanation to do when friends came!

She lived for 18 years,,had a good life

Excellent, Chris! Metering a black cat is tricky business, and getting close enough to capture a tight portrait without getting clawed is equally impressive :wink:!

I'm surprised at the shallowness of the DOF, and the lovely bokeh was unexpected. Nice work.
