I know this probably violates every rule of proper lighting and composition but I found I liked it. This was taken from my front porch just after sundown and I decided to drop the exposure to normal and allow the natural light (well, what little remained) play off of the azaleas.

Critique welcomed and appreciated.

It does have some endearing qualities about it. My first thought was that it is underexposed but as I looked at it I found myself liking it also. My eye is drawn to the center blossom which seems to contain just enough light to make it stand out a little.

Thanks Gordon. I was about this close to scrapping it but decided to take one more look. The more I looked, the more the center seemed to stand out from the others.
