I am looking for a good backpack that would hold my D50, 50mm, 12-24mm, 35-70mm, 70-300 maybe.

Extra storage room for other various carry items would be cool too.

Nothing too huge and/or ugly. Something comfortable.

The Rover AW and the Rover Plus AW come to mind. I have the Plus. It fits great. Has a great hip belt and adjustable shoulder harness. I was truly amazed how well the belts and straps were thought out. A backpackers camera bag! Two weeks ago I carried one for three days with Misc. camera and pano gear, tripod, food/water for two(cause I'm nice like that), and a couple wind breakers. I have no complaints.

I have a Domke branded Kata bag, its much more solid than the Rover, which I also used for a long while. You do have to put the Rover down to get to things. I keep the camera and lenses at the top so I can swing it onto one shoulder to access and I put extras in the bottom part. You can always rearrange the foam to suit...

Its an old model and I think that's a bargain price compared to the new ones!

I also have the Domke, and you can't beat the price or the quality. It's a great bag...even has room for my Tamron 200-5000mm with camera attached.

I agree on the mini trekker, Very usefull, Fits a D70 and Nikon 80-200 af-s with the hood reversed (with a bit of extra room at the end)

I can store a D50, D70, 80-200, Sb600, Sigma 24mm f1.8, Tamron 28-75, 50mm f1.8 and a bunch of filters and lens hoods quite easily
