Backyard Camping: Added Version #2

Discussion in 'Retouching and Post Processing' started by beaucamera, Jul 24, 2007.

  1. This is digital montage using PS drawing tools and smart objects.
Just wondering if any of you have tried this combination.
    It's fun, but layer intensive!

Here I replaced the background so you can see the California fog creeping over the distant hills.
It was thick and heavy tonight.

I only wish my drawing skills were better........
BTW, I added a second version to my original post.
I replaced the background with a photo I took tonight showing the deep fog bank creeping over the local hills.

I'm trying to learn to use the pen tool.
You've been a great inspiration on its use!

My goal is to get as good as you are using it.

    Warmest regards,

This is a fun image!! I like the additions you've made with V2, especially the background hills and trees. What...no bunny wabbits?

  12. You're a hoot, Robert.
You need to shoot me a rabbit so I can make a smart object!

  13. Well, while your'e at it, how about a skunk or 2? They always add to a camping trip - even in the backyard! LOL!
