Finished my shoot for the high school badminton team. Nightmare trying to pose that many kids.
WOW I didn't know badminton was that big a sport to have that many kids on a high school team.
I think they're all looking,
but next time, pull out a police-type whistle and give it a real loud blow. That'll get their attention. Good job on this shot with the lihgting too. They're all lit perfectly. What lens, and how did you light it?
Heh, would you believe the 18-70? Good old kit lens. Stood them in the shade, looked all over the high school for the biggest spot I could find. There was no way I could light them evenly with a strobe. Turned out pretty good though, should hold up fine at 16x24. They're getting 8x12's.
The scary thing is that not everyone on the team was in that pic, and that's already closing in on 60. No need for whistle, I can shout pretty loud.
Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best.
WHOA!! That team is HUGE!! I had no idea. Nice clear shot!!
Well taken team photo Mike. I bet they were happy with it.
