Basic for you... new for me

Discussion in 'Retouching and Post Processing' started by ShaunK, May 30, 2007.

  1. I have recently been spending more time on photoshop, and trying to put to use a few things my new "boss" has been showing me. These came from a photoshoot for a friend's 2 yr. old. daughter. What do you think?

This one was a trial, and something about it still doesn't seem quite right, but..

This one is for her dad for Father's Day... obviously he is a huge USC fan

I think they are all very nice. I like your set ups

I really like all the ideas
However in the frst two the whites are blown
Perhaps use selective color. white, and pull the the black slider to correct
The last one is very nice.. Might also on that one pull the contrast down just a tad.

    All monitors are different:>)))

    really nice work
  3. Thanks, Gale. My moniter is not yet calibrated... I'm looking into a new computer soon, so I haven't gotten around to buying one yet... I will dial that white back a little, thanks.
