The rehearsal for the Battle of Lexington re-enactment is held two weeks prior to the actual event (Patriots Day). The nice thing is it's during the afternoon (the actual day it's ~6AM), and you can get closer than on the actual day, with the crowd number a lot smaller than on Patriots Day. The bad thing is that they don't fire their muskets.
