With a 9 month old baby girl, it has been a while since I have been able to get out and shoot.
Was able to get out last weekend and there was a lot of action for Birds migrating. Here is one of a Belted Kingfisher.

I have been trying to a decent shot of this bird for a while. Although I wish to have had a bit more separation of the beak from the branch I am still pretty happy with it.

D800 + Nikon 300mm F4 + 1.4TCII

Thank you Karen. I will definitely will get out more now that my life has stabilized a bit.
