For me it has to be the Tamron 17-50 2.8

This thing rocks, and for the money it simply cannot be beat.

What about you guys? Maybe we can learn something from each other.

  3. Tough question!

35mm f/2D from Wade is probably my best, though my 60mm is right there along with it. But then again, it could be my SB-600...

Seriously thinking about that Tamron though, and selling off my 18-135... seems like a great lens for the price.
  4. For me, it is the D2x I bought to compliment my D2h at dog agility shows. Simply an awesome camera!

Well, seeing as how I got all my DSLR stuff this year, I'd have to say the D80, since the other stuff doesn't work so well without the body.
  14. Since January? Ummm, I think that woudl be my 70-200, 17-55, AND 50 1.4!!!    And I'm still looking for lighting kits. Probably the most used, since it's hard to pick the best from that list is the 17-55.
  15. The beast, no doubt about it. I've picked up quite a few nice lenses and other gear since January, but the 28-70 f/2.8 is my best purchase overall.
  16. Fujifilm S5 Pro
  17. The NS2 or whatever the GPS thing is that MontyDog turned me onto.

    More hard drive space.

OK, probably the Tamron 17-50. Nice having 2.8 back. Or maybe the Naneu Lima bag (review here).
