Some of you may have seen these images posted in another forum a couple of years ago. As I've been cleaning up files I ran across them and thought this post may be of interest.

We spent three nights in Biarritz, France and without necessarily planning to do so I shot more or less the same scene several times under dramatically different lighting conditions.

Sony A6000, 18-55mm kit lens

I like all three for their different qualities. ?
Thanks, Mike. Glad you enjoyed them.
Such an interesting set!
When I was there shooting each time it never occurred to me how the images would make an interesting comparison. Each time I went out I was just in the moment trying to get something under the current conditions. It wasn't until I was home processing that I realized how cool it was to have multiple shots of the scene under different conditions. I rarely have that opportunity when traveling.
Fun to see the differing scenes. No. 2 is my favorite with the colorful sky!!
Glad you enjoyed the post, Terri. I like the color in the second one but as an old mariner the third one is my minds eye of a lighthouse in a storm. Which is when they're the most helpful :)
