big print?

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by confused, Jun 22, 2005.

  1. So I took my original photo 3000X2000 and I increased it so I had a print around 16"X20". I used the method in PS where you increase the percent by 110 and change the option to bicubic smoother when you do the image size and I kept doing that until I got to......6447X4287 which is around 21X14. I want to find a place to print this...but im not sure where and will it come out okay? Using the method in PS seems to look okay on my computer and not fuzzy at all but I dont want to spend the money for a 16"X20" print and have it noisy and horrible looking. So where is a good place to get this photo printed and will the photo turn out almost as sharp as the original?

    Thanks!

  3. I looked there and thats where I found the 16"X20" print......My question is if I send my photo there, and it isn't exactly 20"X16" will they resize it or what...and can it be smaller than 20"X16"?

Set up an account and it is very slick and easy. Excellent turn around time, very reasonable prices and nice paper selection.

    they resize it to fit.

  7. I have used EZ Prints to make 11x14 and 20x30 prints from JPGs right out of my D100 and been very happy with them. At $20 for a 20x30 it is certainly worth a test.
