    Frank, that's a dandy. Aside from an excellent shot of the bird, I like the background colors -- they suit the bird. I'm no artist, but I can image an artist painting that background for this bird.
     
  2. Thanks, Bob. The hummers agree about the suitability of the background. It's a blooming Oleander bush... one of
    the hummingbirds' favorite haunts. The red colors of its blossoms provide great camouflage for the gaudy males.
