I got home on Saturday after being out of town all week, loaded the new firmware for the Z6 with the animal eye detection feature and or course had to try it out.

All three pictures are straight out of the camera and directly uploaded to Flickr. Z6 Neutral Picture Control - Quick Sharp Auto, Auto Active D-Lighting, WB - Natural Light Auto

Rose pleading for release from solitary confinement :)

This week's submission are two SOOC camera JPG's uploaded without modification to Flickr. Both with the Z6: 60mm AFS-G Micro + FTZ, Standard Picture Control with Quick Sharpening set to Auto. Natural Light AWB and ADL set to Auto.

OOhh!!!! Wonderful colors in the first shot and the peach blossoms are gorgeous! Wow, you're ahead of us; we're waiting (Im)patiently for the arrival of cherry blossoms in the DC area and also Tulip Magnolias. These peach blossoms look similar to cherry blossoms, don't they?
Thank you Connie! Peach blossoms definitely remind me of Cherry Blossoms. I have spent a lot of time in Arlington for work over the last 30 years or so. Cherry Blossom is a most beautiful time of year.
