Birds in the Caribbean

  1. These are not up to the high standards others have set here, but while sailing in the Caribbean we did see a few birds while ashore.

    This Grey Kingbird was quite close to us while we were at the Brimstone Hill Fortress on St. Kitts

    Juvenile Magnificent Frigatebird at Gustavia, St. Barts:

    and an Adult Male Magnificent Frigatebird:
    49547465-L.

    We saw another Adult Male Magnificent Frigatebird on Terre-de-Haut, Iles des Saintes
    49547485-L.

  3. I love those Frigate birds! I've only seen one once before and from a great distance. Hoping one of these days! I bet it was a neat experience!!

    I've never seen a Frigate Bird in the wild. so thanks
    and man would love to go on a trip like that !!!
