Hope this is the right forum. I've started using my filters again and took a trip with them to the coast a few weeks ago.

The beach is at the base of the Seven Sisters Cliffs and the chalk rock extends all the way out forming these chalk rock pools.

D810 + Nikkor 20mm f/1.8 G

Lee 10 stopper + 0.9 ND Grad.
211 Seconds. ƒ/11. ISO 64

Super! Love the exposure--just this side of blown! Makes the rocks jump out.
Thanks.. Yes, I did take it up to the limit. It was pretty dark by the time I took this. It is amazing what a sensor can see and absorb.

Love the colors. Did you do many other shots which were out takes - more or less exposure?
Thanks. No, this was the only one. By the time this shot was done It was too dark to properly see what I was doing, plus my hands were so cold I couldn't feel my fingers so I decided to end it here.
