Black-Capped Chickadee and Ovenbird (?)

Did my first birding of the season today at the Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary and was lucky enough to be able to get some decent shots of a few early feathered inhabitants. I believe they are a Black-Capped Chickadee and an Ovenbird. Anybody want to suggest other possibilities I would welcome it.

This one shows the bird "walking" which is one of the reasons I believe it is an Ovenbird

And a special thanks to Rich for ID'ng the bird correctly....now that I can compare the illustrations in my Field Guide to Birds, I can see the difference. This fellow was acting anything like a hermit, however, choosing to first fly and then walk along with me for a short while.

Blown, Don....pure and simple. I was using spot focusing and metering because the overall area wasn't bright, but where the sun filtered through the trees to the leaves I got some blow-out....even 14bit exposure couldn't help.
I was anxious to get the shots, and didn't adjust my exposure, I'm afraid.

My technique is not bad, Tom, thanks to several years using the 80-200 and 300mm f/4 AF handheld....but in this case I think the ultimate sharpness comes from the VR. That 70-300mm VR is an extraordinarily underrated lens, and is almost as easy to use as was the 300mm f/2.8 AF-S I owned for a year.
