To me, it looks like what I ran into last Wednesday at Merritt. Early, at sunrise, there were dark clouds that killed any decent light. The Avocets, Spoonbills, White Pelicans, Great Egrets, Tri-Coloreds, Snowies and Stilts were there, but it was like shooting at night with a med. at best iso. I went to the truck and listened to the radio 'till the light finally got there...and my sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was gone. It's frustrating, but why shoot what you'll never keep. I bet you got some decent shots later that day!
