9th Annual Eagle Festival - Live eagle, peregrine falcon & other birds of prey programs, kid's programs, puppet show, eagle prowls, bird walk, exhibits and food all day. Register for Eagle Prowls and kids' blue bird box construction by calling 410-228-2677 (festival 8am to 4pm).

Usually a fun a day. I've gone a couple of times for this event - get there for sunrise and shoot on the wildlife drive, and then shoot at the visitor's center for most of the rest of the day...

I'd recommend bringing a telephoto and extension tubes / or a macro lens...

This sounds like a GREAT outing. I can hardly wait! In fact, a bus load of Canon shooters couldn't keep me away...and that's quite a "load"...if you get my drift, or the cut of my jib, or whatever... :biggrin:
