Bleeding Hearts

    D2X - ISO 500 - 1/250 f/11 - 300mm f/4 - SB800 (EV -1.0) with Better Beamer - NEF converted in NX

    Started this plant from a root taken from my Grandmaother's home two years ago. Seems like a long time ago, and I guess by some measures it is, when I was digging with a tablespoon between the parent of this bush and the neighbouring peonies. Brings back those times when the world seemed quite different - like coming home too.

    Gale - yes it was a fun time - I remember the voice -"Just look at that mess you be makin'. And, the ants are all over you. And, look at your hands. I'll fetch a bucket. And, one of my good spoons!" Funny how images seem vocal at times. Woliwon
