Blue Dasher closeup, First post here

  1. This is my first post on this part of the forum. I have been trying to shoot Dragons for about a year now and I am finally starting to see some improvements.

    Taken with D-300 Sigma 150 and 1.4xHandheld, braced while laying on ground

    Wow. That's a great shot. The light and detail are perfect. Hard to believe that it is handheld. No way I could have done that.

    I have to depend on a tripod - you are fortunate to be so steady.

    The ligth and sharpeness are great!
    If i could change something, it would be the composition, i would put it more to the top rigth corner! But thats just me!
