I toured the Space Coast of Florida Saturday morning. I Started at Black Point Wildlife Drive and ended up at the Viera Wetlands.
I was driving around the back road at Viera when I spotted this Florida Bobcat (Lynx Rufus Floridanus). Looks like a young one.
Captured with the 300 f4 IS lens.

This is my first Bobcat capture. Thanks for looking

  2. Always nice to capture something like this in the wild. And I loved the 300mm f4. Had it for years until I bought the 300mm f2.8 VR.

    Good going on the photos.

Very nice picture, I've tryed to call them in using a "predator call" for pictures and haven't got one in close enuff. They stay out around 300 yards or so. One of these days I will get one. GENE'O
