SLRShooter - Colombia has a bad reputation and in the past for good reason. It has improved drastically in the last 10 years.
There is drugs around but the scenes feel far more bohemian then bad
I have felt very safe and the people so far have been so nice. They want to get tourism back

Great set...Last time to Bogota years ago when I had my D90 film cam...Cartagena is a great palce to shoot too.
