I have used a friend's copy of the Beast before and it is a beautiful lens. I just love the way it makes photos look - particularly people.
I was wondering if anyone has used both the Beast and the 24-70 ? I'm interested to hear of people's reaction to both lenses, particularly about how the bokeh compares to the Beast. From reading reviews, I am not concerned about the great quality of the 24-70's sharpness and lens flare performance, etc, but I haven't seen any comparisons between the bokeh of the two lenses.
