    Trying out the new macro lens

    Thank you guys! I still have a long way to go on the macro stuff, but at least selling the D100 (which I really hated to do) allowed me to get the new lens... and bring another cafe member over to the wonderful world of digital!

    It was great seeing you again Frank! Every time I shoot with you I get a new appreciation for your passion for bird photography! Never was there a term more appropriate than "like a kid in a candy store" :biggrin:

    Rex, it was great meeting you and your lovely family! I can't wait to do it again.

    Phil... I will see you next year, correct? :wink:
