Boys LAX - Going to the State Final

For the third time in a row, our boys LAX team won a sudden death OT game, this time against the perennial powerhouse from the western part of the state.

We had come out blazing, leading 4-0 by the end of the first period. Still lead 6-3 at the half, but were shut out in the third, while the other team scored to go ahead 7-6.

Fourth period, scored two late goals to go up 8-7, but turned it over w/ 1:20 to go and the other team tied it up.

Then, 3:28 into OT, we won.

So for the first time in our 13 year history we head to the state final. And, it's the first time a public HS from central Mass is in the final; the combatants are usually prep schools.

Why do I keep looking at your stuff? Running out of ways of saying great images. Now I remember why I look - to remind myself to keep saving for the 300/2.8.

Nice catch on #3 and #4 looks like it hurt a ton.
