My first try of a little bird and my most recent aquisition - Nikon 400mm f3.5 AI-S lens. D300 - Shutter speed 200, iso 200 f3.5
Any comments or sugestions are welcome

I like the composition, but feel the bird should be a little sharper. 1/200 sec is not fast enough, especially for little birds. Boost up the shutter speed and you will see a difference.
