Our northern neighbors . . . It's nice to refer to you folks whenever anyone down here complains about the weather. Nice work with that 14-30. The more examples I see with it, the itchier my credit card gets!

Fascinating to see the change in the ice!
It is for sure Mike. My intention is to keep shooting as the lake freezes over.
Love it! Brrrrr.
Ah come on Nick...it gets colder yet.

Thanks. I'm pleased with the 14 -30..I've put up my sigma 14-24 f/2.8 due to redundancy of focal lengths. The image stabilization and portability ( 14-30 is much lighter ) makes it easy for me to make that choice.
I like this one a lot!
Thanks Karen. I'm glad that you like it.

A marvelous b&w image that really evokes the feel of a desolate winters day.
Excellent work, Bohdan!

Just one remark: you missed a spot :)
In the sky, just right of the middle in the darker clouds.

Wonderful image. Spent many years in Montana & Wyoming, and I miss the stark beauty of winter.

I do NOT miss trying to walk, driving, or clearing my driveway!!

Thanks for sharing!!

Ken
