  2. Cool shot. I like the composition as well. What is the grasshopper standing on?

By the way, what is a bugma? A big Sigma macro lens, like a 150 or a 180?

Duncan it is the 150 macro from sigma.

The grasshopper was standing on a dead sunflower that I sat on the railing on my deck. He was very patient as I turned him around for different angles. Thnaks for the kind words, I am always impessed with your work.

Nice capture, the dark BG helps the Grasshopper stand out.

  5. Great shot. I've never heard of the Bugma either, but it looks like it's going to give you fine results.
