Burrowing Owl

    I found this new pair of Burrowing Owls just outside of davis next to little used road. I think they just moved in recently. These were taken with the 300mm f/4.

    C%C is welcome. Also, which one do you like best?

    I think there is some type of mouse in his claws toward the bottom.

  4. nice images. 4th one is my pick.
    and i feel that the #2 and #3 are slightly over exposed. may be half or 1/3rds stop underexposure will render deeper colours and a good mood to the snap.
    however all the images are sharp, containing good details.

    Thank you all for the comments, i think i am going to print #1.

    Also, seeing as people like #4, i have a question. Is the plant next to him distracting?
