Maybe I go first. The orginal was taking acidentally during the 'Buss Lightyear' ride in Hong Kong Disneyland. It's busted because of the slow shutter speed & the movement of the ride, so no harm in making it more blurred. I don't think it's artistic, but just hope to trgger more entries.

I must withdraw this submission. It was photographed on August the 8th. Edited August 27 th. However NOT THE SUBMISSION DATES.
This was entered as an Idea to help get things rolling hopefully. Digital art can be fun and open new horizons and save some great, but not quite right images, like OOF.
I will leave it here for you all. But don not vote for it.
After if anyone is interested I will post original and tell you what I did with this one.
Falls Mill is located in Belvidere, TN. It was established in 1873 and is believed to be the largest water wheel still in operation. I converted this shot into sepia(using Nikon Capture) in order to give it an aged look similar to what a picture taken during that era would look like today.
Falls Mill circa 1873

My submission for Challenge 11 is entitled "The Littlest Caballero." This is composite of several images taken today at the Webb Ranch in San Mateo County, California where the harvest is in full swing with beautiful, brillantly colored fruits and vegetables. There were also pony rides for the kids. I tried to capture the essence this September day and again used PSCS2 smart objects to create the montage
