Thanks Sandi! This was taken at a shoot at Rodeo Beach on the coast near SF. I had been shooting sunrise shots and when finished, wandered around and found a bunch of these in bloom. The light is all natural sunlight, filtering through some tree branches. I was able to isolate these guys because of the way the light was!

Yep, the D1X was a CCD bearin' camera. I think I have to agree, although there were many things wrong with the camera flower shots wasn't one of them! Thanks Beezle..
