Just another one of those cases where the cause they are fighting for or the laws they impose don't apply to them. Just another piece of standard issue hypocrisy in America, nothing exciting or newsworthy here to see.

One would hope that this makes these kind of organizations aware that the mere fact that infringed material is available somewhere doesn't automatically mean criminal intent.

I hope the photographer will go for $75000 per violation. It's kind of hard given the number of lawsuits filed by recording companies to claim that filing these kind of damages is not reasonable, after all. :smile:
