I have noticed for the past couple of weeks that we have 2 pairs of Canadian Geese who each had 4 goslings a piece this spring. I finally drove by on my way home and saw them on a sunny day (in the sun) earlier this week so I was able to grab some shots. All taken with the D50 and 70-300 VR lens.
Of course they were feeding the whole time so it was hard to time the shots when their heads were actually up out of the grass
And as you can tell here, the proud parents did not let them stray too far away (as the road was very close).
