Truronian,

Gracie Fields had a property on Capri - that's not quite the same as owning the whole island.

Taking the Jetfoil from Sorrento to Amalfi means a short wait in Capri (at the bottom).

The rest of the journey is one of the "to die for" trips. Stopping off in Positano is also a wonderful experience.

This shot brings back wonderful memories of a few years in a row that we stayed in the Ambasciatori in Sorrento and our trips around that area (pre-digital!).

Daryl, thank you.
liors, I did not make it to the Blue Grotto this time. I would love to visit Israel again.
truronion, who is Gracie Fields?
sektor, I have a few more shots of Capri here:
http://ronscubadiver.wordpress.com/2011/04/30/sorrento-and-capri-italy/

They are mixed in with other images from Sorrento. Use discretion if at work.
One of UK's most loved wartime singers but to update my comments I think she only owned residence there. but not the whole island.
