This is my other cat, Bandit. She really likes my D70 since I'm always getting 'cute' shots from her, which I really don't get from her sister, Louie. Anyway, I took this with my 55-200 and SB-600. Shot in RAW, converted to .jpg and B&W in PS. Adjusted curves, levels, brightness, contrast. Comments/suggestions as always, are most welcome!

You're lucky, when MY cats see my camera, they do anything to spoil the shot! Especially when they see the flash. I usually have to sneak a shot with existing light and a telephoto......

Nick I love the treatment of this image.

Pretty kitty as well. So soft and fluffy. Think I told you that before though ::>))

Think I would like to see a bit more light on the face though. The light on the chest is over powering her pretty face.

Good capture of a pretty kitty. Mine unfortunately are like Ken's. Hard to get a good shot unless they are asleep. 8)
