Alex, what is there to critique? Very attractive lady and nice hair.

Maybe increase the levels a tad bit, otherwise a nice shot.

I definitely would increase the levels to brighten it up a bit otherwise it's a nice picture.

Very nice image, I might burn out the folks in the background a bit more, even it out so it doesn't distract from her face.
Lighten her up a touch, very nice moment caught.
