Caught in a downpour

Last week walking back from a shoot I got caught in a downpour. Stuck in a building entrance without an umbrella or even a jacket I spent the time shooting some of my fellow New Yorkers struggling to make it home.

I really like the way the rain drops are caught falling. Were you shooting very fast?

The last time I was in New York, we got caught in a downpour just like this!

As Rob found out, these were shot with a D3S and the 24-70 2.8 wide open. A wonderful combination for low light shots.
