I recently spent a few days traveling around Central Oregon with my in-laws. While not the most relaxing trip ever, we had a very nice time and saw some pretty incredible sites. Here are a few highlights in IR, all red-blue color channel-swapped:

Thanks, David. I'll have to play around with that - do you think that's someting that can be adjusted via WB? I can always make a color adjustment as well.

You have some beautiful shots here Steve. I have always loved traveling in Oregon and fortunately have relatives there so I get to go every so often. As to the color, don't feel locked in to the 100 - 0- 100 red blue swap. There is nothing sacred about 0 and 100. Play around with them.

I don't think WB matters here, but as Gordon suggested, try different percentages to reduce the cyan and magentas, so you get more of the yellows/whites in the foliage.

Steve! When did you get IR'd? #3 and #5 are divine; is that Mt Hood in the back on #5?

Hey Danielle,

I'm just getting into IR... got a great deal on a converted D100 just before leaving for Oregon last month. Gotta say - think I'm hooked! And yes, that is Mt Hood... viewed from the Cove Palisades State Park near Warm Springs.

Cheers,
Steve
