Central Park NYC w/ $100 Lens (large pics)

Some snapshots from a perfect summer day in central park. All images taken with my old and trusty D100 and the nikkor 50mm f/1.8. This small and inexpensive lens still surprises me.

And for those times when a 50mm is not wide enough...some 2 image panoramas. Handheld and stitched with panorama factory.

That first is really great, you've captured the action right on

Question Don't be upset but some of them seem not so sharp as your pictures used to be,my comp or what?

    Hi Kevin, Eng45ine, and Hans

Thanks for the comments. I love central park this time of year.

As to the question about sharpness, I have been playing around with smartsharpen in photoshop CS2 with these images and I guess I still need to find my niche. Its not your monitor Hans :>)

Thanks again everyone for the comments.
