Central Park & The NYC Triathlon - 1500 Meter Swim...40 Kilometer Bike...10 Kilometer Run

Some snaps and of course a panorama from todays NYC Triathlon in Central Park. All of these were taken near the finish line. An overcast day with temps reaching 88 F with a humidity of 75%. The lack of a breeze in CP made it feel like a steam bath.

You did it again! It´s amazing to find that no matter the times you go to the same places, you always get fine, very interesting images to share with us. I thank you for that.
Here, my favorites are the Lake Panorama II (impressive) and the amazing perspective of the "Faces in the Crowd".

Yes, a big WOO HOO, wonderful shots!

One addition re. the San Remo Wikipedia forgets to mention: about 10 years ago Madonna applied to buy an apartment there and the other owners voted her down. :)

Interesting set. I the like the documentary feel of the triathlon race. your set is very well executed. Of the pano's, the 2nd one is way cool. As always, thank you for sharing.

Hi Klaus,

HAHA I remember that Madonna situation :). Hope you are enjoying the hot weather. A little too humid for me but better than those cold winter temps :)
