Central Park & The NYC Triathlon - 1500 Meter Swim...40 Kilometer Bike...10 Kilometer Run

Some snaps and of course a panorama from todays NYC Triathlon in Central Park. All of these were taken near the finish line. An overcast day with temps reaching 88 F with a humidity of 75%. The lack of a breeze in CP made it feel like a steam bath.

  2. You did it again! It´s amazing to find that no matter the times you go to the same places, you always get fine, very interesting images to share with us. I thank you for that.
Here, my favorites are the Lake Panorama II (impressive) and the amazing perspective of the "Faces in the Crowd".

Yes, a big WOO HOO, wonderful shots!

One addition re. the San Remo Wikipedia forgets to mention: about 10 years ago Madonna applied to buy an apartment there and the other owners voted her down. :)

    Hi Rui,

CP is a great place for photography but no where near as beautiful as your country. Thanks for the kind words as always :)

    Thanks Bright !

    Hi Mood,

Looks like the hot and humid weather is finally here in NYC. Hard to believe how cool it has been these past few weeks :)

    Thanks Shtarka1,

    These triathletes are amazing !

    Hi Seabee,

Thanks for the kind words. I enjoy photographing these stellar athletes and the crowds that cheer for them :)

    Hi Klaus,

HAHA I remember that Madonna situation :) . Hope you are enjoying the hot weather. A little too humid for me but better than those cold winter temps :)

    Hi Maraya

Thanks as always. Its easy hiding my rejects...there are so many of them :)

Thanks Gort for the kind compliment :)
