Awesome Oreo! What I want to know is how many shots did it take to get that.

  4. Congratulations to all...particularly to Shaun...it's a really superb shot

  5. Thank you, guys. It was fun to do. Some have wondered what it took, so: I set it up on the kitchen floor on white foam core board with two umbrellas/flashes. My brother did the Oreo dropping. We went through about 1/2 of a package of Oreos, so about 18 takes or so. Of course, we had to eat them after one splash b/c they get soggy right away. Too bad. This particular shot was about shot #15 or so. We both saw it on the camera screen, and immediately said, that's the one!

  6. The right photo got this one for sure...... Great shot Shaun.

  7. Congratulations to the winners and all those that participated!

Me, too. I keep a big jar of them in my office. And at our house, for me, it is Vitamin M.

  11. Shaun, congrats, I really enjoyed your entry!

  14. deserved winners;)  was it hard to take that little snack shot? what lense and how did u do it? i remember i took a picture like that, but i had to use a manual flash beside taking the picture(a friend held the flash and i took the picture) because i inverted the lense, and put on a macro tube, i used a 50mm, but what did u use? seems so nice focused and dramatic, was the spider dead or alive when u took the pic?
