Remember that the Amazon S3 services were offline? Those with smugmug accounts surely will, as SM relied on the S3 services... :frown: Anyway, Amazon disclosed what happened and what they've done to prevent it from happening again. Usually you don't get more than "our service was offline for 3 hours. Sorry", seeing Amazon stepping up to the plate and giving full disclosure was very impressive. Then again, given their "the customer is always right, no questions asked" approach to customer service, no surprise.
