I wasn't even going to comment on the gear, but since you mentioned it I will say that you did a great job holding onto the whites here with that D7100. Sure, you had some nice cloud cover, but you still dialed in the perfect amount of negative EV with that white bird on the dark background. Not much exposure lattitude with that body.
